科比钢and its subsidiary Shinko Pantec are looking to consolidate the environmental business of Kobe Steel with Shinko Pantec in January 2004. The aim of this move would be to concentrate the management resources of the environmental businesses to strengthen and develop the environmental business of Kobe Steel.
