Park ElectroChemical has introduced two new digital high-speed electronic material products namely the N4800-20 and N4800-20 SI, which are available in laminate and prepreg forms. These products are specifically designed to be used for sequential lamination and circuit board designs that are printed with a high layer count.
The products are compliant with RoHS and are resistant to CAF. They also have low Z-axis expansion and are tolerant to lead free assembly processing. The N4800-20 and N4800-20 SI come with UL 94V-0 designations and are made up of high-Tg materials. They have been manufactured according to specifications of IPC-101/29.
