使用超高场固态NMR对复杂生物分子的表征
This video shows Guido Pintacuda from the CNRS High Field NMR Center explaining about the use of ultra-high field solid state NMR for studying the structure of complex biological molecules. Ultra-high field solid state NMR with the highest magnetic field and fastest imaging probes can detect protons in biological molecules. In this method, highly resolved and sensitive spectra can be obtained by spinning the sample in high magnetic field. From these spectra, the voice of the nuclei can be interpreted clearly and easily. These results can be transformed to view the structure of molecules using spectra analysis tools, including using Bruker's 1GHz NMR spectrometer.
