Asynt’s refrigeration bath circulators are ideal for regulating the temperature of externally linked applications and thermoregulation of objects directly in the thermostat bath. Photometers, viscometers, refractometers, double-jacketed reaction vessels and autoclaves are typical applications.
The units can be utilized in mini-plants and kilo laboratories, for identifying the freezing point, for petroleum tests, deep temperature calibration, temperature regulation of measuring devices and experimental arrangements, along with quality control and materials testing.
Depending upon the model selected, the equipment has the ability to fulfill the highest demands; this is guaranteed by the professional range of operations available on the Pilot ONE controller, like a color TFT display, programmer, calibration, Pt100 external probe connection, autostart, calendar/clock functions, RS232 interface as well as widespread safety and warning functions.
One additional point is the electronic upgrade for function extensions with the help of a unit-specific e-grade code. This triggers extra functions like the programmer, TAC cascade controlling, user menus, calendar start, temperature ramps, graphic display and process control.
The units are created from top-class stainless steel and consist of a thermoregulated cover plate to prevent condensation and accumulation of ice. The bath vessel consists of a volume of 5 L and can be emptied through the drain fitting at the front.
The new multi-touch controller Pilot ONE from Asynt provides a smart 5.7″ touchscreen with graphic functions and an easy navigation menu. All significant operating parameters and temperature values are displayed neatly on the touchscreen.
As a result of the new favorites menu, the one-click functioning and the combined technical glossary, the operation is very simple, just like on a smartphone. Combined USB and Ethernet ports enables connection to a PC or network, for example, for data transmission or remote control.
