UNS C17410 is a high copper alloy and is known as beryllium copper. This alloy possesses ductility, heat treatable tempers and mill hardened tempers. C17410 has conductivity of about 50% IACS and moderate strength.

Fabrication

Heat treatment- The ideal heat treating temperature range for UNS C17410 is between 787 and 1010°C (1450 and 1850° F).

Forging- The preferred hot working temperature range for this alloy is between 649 and 927°C (1200 and1700 °F).

冷热工作– Copper UNS C17410 has excellent hot and cold working ability. This alloy is basically available in mill processed and aged condition.

Applications

Copper UNS C17410 is used in a wide range of applications that require very high strength and stiffness coupled with good conductivity.
